City Way Facilities Management is seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Architect Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and renovation projects to ensure they align with client needs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present architectural designs and concepts using CAD software and 3D modeling tools. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design feasibility. Conduct site visits and assessments to determine design requirements and project constraints. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations. Modify designs based on feedback, budget constraints, or changes in project scope. Manage documentation, material specifications, and approvals. Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Proven experience as an Architect Designer (minimum 3 years preferred). Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software. Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Creative thinking and excellent visualization skills. Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
