Job Description
prepare schematic designs, proposals, sketches, presentations of (accommodations, villas, kitchen, offices, etc.) as per the client requirements Prepare final design and models within project time frame Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures. Produce detailed drawings Prepare doors, windows, trims, flashing details Provide technical support to the team members Negotiate with contractors and other professionals Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists Prepare BOQ and material lists Suggest materials and coordinate with procurement and contractors Make site & factory visits to check the drawings compliance Deal with problems that might come up during construction Requirements: Education : Bachelor in Architectural Engineering Experience : 4-6years. Preferred in Light Gauge steel Buildings & Modular system Age : 25-30 years Skills: The candidate must be very knowledgeable in design and drafting software such as: AutoCAD Sketchup - Pro V-Ray for Sketchup Adobe Photoshop Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook Framecad / Vertex BD is a plus Please send your resume/CV
