Ansora Building Contracting is looking for a skilled Architect/Interior Designer to create functional and attractive interior and architectural designs that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
+Design plans and drawings for commercial spaces, apartments, and villas.
+Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements.
+Develop detailed designs using software like AutoCAD and Revit.
+Select materials and finishes within budget.
+Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
+Coordinate with contractors and visit sites to monitor progress.
+Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
+Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
+Experience in architecture or interior design, preferably in construction.
+Proficient with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
+Knowledge of codes, safety, and sustainable design.
