Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Architect

with around two years of professional experience in architectural design, preparation of drawings, and coordination with engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will support the design team in developing concept, detailed, and construction drawings in compliance with local authority regulations (especially Ajman Municipality and other Northern Emirates).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing architectural concepts, 3D models, and presentation drawings. Prepare detailed architectural drawings using

AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design integration. Review and update architectural drawings based on client and consultant feedback. Prepare documentation and drawings for

municipality submission and approval

. Conduct site visits and coordinate with site engineers to ensure design implementation. Support in preparing BOQs, design reports, and tender packages. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, Ajman Municipality requirements, and design standards. Assist senior architects in design development, materials selection, and project coordination. Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university. Around

2 years of experience

in an architectural consultancy or design office. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop

. Good understanding of local authority regulations (especially in Ajman and Northern Emirates). Strong visualization and design presentation skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred:

Previous experience with municipality submissions and approvals in the UAE. Portfolio demonstrating design and technical documentation skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
