We are currently seeking a qualified Architect specialized in preparing designs and detailed Shop Drawings for aluminum, steel, glass, and curtain wall contracting works, as well as interior Fit-out projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and review designs and detailed shop drawings. Supervise on-site execution to ensure quality and compliance. Coordinate material orders with suppliers and manage deliveries. Quantity surveying and preparing bill of quantities. Calculate and estimate project costs.

Working Hours:

From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour break.

Benefits:

Monthly salary ranging from AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 based on experience. Overtime compensation at a rate of 125%. Monthly performance-based bonuses. Company-provided residency visa valid for two years.
