Develop architectural designs from concept through construction documentation
Prepare drawings, specifications, and schedules in compliance with codes and standards
Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, sustainability, and budgetary requirements
Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants
Produce complete, accurate construction drawings and technical specifications
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and issue clarifications
Review and revise drawings to address site conditions or design changes
Liaise with clients, engineers, project managers, and contractors
Participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, and progress reviews
Provide design intent guidance and resolve design-related issues on site
Evaluate and process design changes and variations
Assess the architectural impact of value engineering proposals
Update drawings and documentation to reflect approved changes
Ensure architectural quality and consistency throughout construction
Identify defects and non-conforming work and recommend corrective actions
Participate in inspections, snagging/punch lists, and final handover

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
