Job Description
ARCHITECT ENGINEER (FIT-OUT)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design architectural concepts and detailed drawings for residential, fit-out, commercial, industrial and office projects. Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) and Abu Dhabi Civil Defense (ADCD) regulations. Prepare and review construction drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and other design tools. Possess thorough knowledge of
MEPS
,TAMM
, andITC
procedures as well asCivil Defense regulations
and inspection processes. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and some other engineers Supervise site progress, review architectural works, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Manage client presentations, design submissions, and approvals from relevant authorities. Stay updated with local codes, building regulations, and sustainability standards.Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
4-5 years of proven work experience in Abu Dhabi.
Licensed and registered with Abu Dhabi Municipality.
Arabic mother tongue preferred;
proficiency in English is required.Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and architectural visualization software.
Specialized inarchitectural design for high-end villas, housing, offices, commercial buildings, and fit-out works.
Experience in coordinating withMEP and ITC systems.
Strong understanding ofADM and ADCD rules and regulations.
