Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design innovative and functional buildings. You will bring concepts to life, ensure compliance with codes, and collaborate with clients and project teams from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Create conceptual and detailed architectural designs. Prepare drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD/BIM software. Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress. Research and select materials and finishes. Mentor junior design staff.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's). Licensed architect preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software. Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
