Job Description

We are looking for a creative and dedicated architect to join our team full-time in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain. The ideal candidate should be passionate about both exterior and interior design, with the ability to transform client requirements into practical and attractive 2D and 3D designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients/owners to understand requirements and translate them into innovative architectural concepts. Prepare 2D and 3D designs (plans, elevations, exterior and interior renderings) using AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop. Develop detailed layouts including space planning, facades, and interior/exterior drawings. Create professional 3D presentations to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders. Review feedback and implement design modifications promptly and accurately. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical) to ensure design integration. Follow up on design phases until final approval from local authorities. Prepare submission documents and drawings for municipalities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, ensuring compliance with local systems and regulations. Provide innovative design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering. 0 to 3 years of professional experience in architectural design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop. Strong skills in both exterior and interior design (2D & 3D). Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and Al Ain municipality systems and approval procedures. Hardworking, organized, and deadline-oriented personality. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred:

Previous experience or training on projects within the UAE. Knowledge of sustainable and modern design practices.
