"We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our Abu Dhabi Team"
Skills:
Min. of 5yrs experience in construction drawings and tender documents.
Well experienced in Construction Drawing-Good level of knowledge to prepare ADM Building Permit architectural and initial Civil Defense drawings.
Ability to resolve design issues on site-Ideally knowledgeable of current UAE laws, codes and titles in relation to construction and design.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
Developing and presenting project proposals-Adjusting designs and plans to meet client's needs
Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations
Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
Assist Civil Engineer on base field assessment and evaluate impact for possible assistance
Carried out technical assessment of existing building and infrastructure
