Key Responsibilities

Tender Processing:

Oversee the tender process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with project specifications.

Procurement:

Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost management.

Interior Set-Out:

Develop detailed interior layouts and designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

Project Management:

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Design Development:

Create innovative and functional architectural designs, incorporating sustainable practices where possible.

Client Liaison:

Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all designs and projects adhere to local and international building codes and regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
RequirementsEssential

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on tender processing, procurement, and interior set-out.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch).

Certifications:

Professional certification as an Architect (e.g., AIA, ARB, or equivalent).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on client interaction.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing project requirements.
Desirable

Advanced Software Skills:

Experience with advanced architectural software such as Rhino, SketchUp, or BIM.

Sustainability:

Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.

Project Management:

Experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
