We are currently recruiting for a mid to high level

Architect/Interior

Designer

with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience to join the design team in our Cairo based design studio. Only Architects with keen interest in

Interiors

and Art should apply for the position. The position involves working on all aspects of

Architect/Interior

design and art installation projects, from design team management, space planning, concept development, presentation and detail design stage. We are looking for a person who is capable of leading projects, presenting and communicating, as well as having the confidence to coordinate with other specialist consultants. The candidate must have excellent software skills and good knowledge of materials.

Proficient in (Auto cad,3dmax+v ray+ Sketch Up+ Adobe Creative Suite + MS Office......)

Key Responsibilities

Strong design and creativity with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills. Preparation of designs to meet the clients program, quality guidelines and project constrains staying true design intent. Thorough knowledge of developing and producing design packages from concept through to construction detailing and specification. Provide FF&E research, selections, budgeting, BOQ's and design presentations including mood boards, sketching and design presentations. Coordination with vendors and manufacturers Manage overall budget, schedules, FF&E shop drawings & general submittals and coordination on interior projects Including managing the project team, consultants, suppliers at all stages from concept design through to post-site operations Excellent communication (written and verbal) and client liaison skills.
