Requirements: WOMEN ARCHITECT ONLY!!! 3-5 years working experience within UAE \xc2\xb7 Proven working experience in architectural, interior, exterior and landscape projects mainly residential \xc2\xb7 Fully conversant in the Architectural Standards within the UAE \xc2\xb7 Creative talent, imagination and eye for details \xc2\xb7 Communication and presentation skills \xc2\xb7 BS degree in Interior Architecture or similar \xc2\xb7 Arabic speaker Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage the design process from inception through concept, schematic design, detail design to ensure quality and client satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Study project brief and client end-user requirements \xc2\xb7 Produce concept design ideas and sketches \xc2\xb7 Produce Floor plans using hand sketches and Autocad software \xc2\xb7 Produce 3d perspectives using 3Ds max, photoshop, AutoCAD, corona renderer and Microsoft office\xc2\xb7 Design development & coordination with related disciplines. \xc2\xb7 Conduct site visits to inspect architectural details and construction activities \xc2\xb7 Illustrate the design presentation, reports, models & conformity upon material selection, specification to achieve the design required by the client. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
