About the Job Location: Abu Dhabi Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture.
5-10 years of extensive site experience in interior design execution and consultancy.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methodologies.
Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Abu Dhabi.
Proven experience in overseeing and executing interior design projects from conception to completion.
Preference for candidates of Arab nationality due to cultural and language considerations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the design team to provide consultancy, ensuring design feasibility and practicality during the execution phase.
Conduct regular site visits, supervise the progress, and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during the construction phase.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain clear communication between the design team, clients, and on-site workers to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards throughout the execution process.

Skills:
