Job Key Details:
- Conduct a detailed site survey
- Conduct architectural duties including site planning, scheme design as well as preparing detailed designs for the assigned project
- Handle architectural projects based on given instructions
- Develop concepts and designs for buildings
- Generate project quotations
- Generate preliminary and detailed architectural drawings
- Ensure projects deadlines are met
- Qualified candidate with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field
- Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, Photoshop and AutoCAD
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Female candidates are required
- Must be analytical with good interpretation skills
