We are looking for a highly experienced Architect with Building Information Modelling (BIM) experience to join our dynamic construction business team. The selected candidate will be an integral part of the design and construction processes, utilizing BIM technologies to improve project efficiency and accuracy.

Your role:

• Participate in the interdisciplinary coordination of the IFC design, using BIM technology as an integrated tool.
• Ensure that the design is in accordance with project objectives, codes, and regulations. Highlight any inconsistencies if they occur.
• Identify and highlight design conflicts or issues proactively.
• Produce and/or manage the production detailed and coordinated architectural shop-drawings and interface details.
• Implement best practices and standards for BIM to improve project workflows.
• Follow-up of architectural packages awarded to sub-contractors in terms of coordination, progress and a timely submittal of all expected deliverables.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts or concerns as soon as possible.
• Effectively communicate architectural concepts and design progress to clients.
• Respond to client input and make adjustments to the design as needed.
• Prepare detailed architectural design and BIM-related reports, presentations, and documentation.

Your competencies:

• Managing skills
• Creativity, ability to think analytically and make decisions, knowledge of zoning regulations and building codes, engineering science expertise, strong math skills, advanced computer skill with computer-aided design software, project management and graphics

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as an Architect with a focus on BIM technology in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in BIM technology are advantageous.
