Key Responsibilities
Arabic Cuisine Preparation & Menu Development
Develop, plan, and execute a range of authentic Arabic dishes, including hot and cold mezze, grilled specialities, traditional mains, and desserts.
Create seasonal and event-based menus that reflect regional flavours and culinary trends within the Arabic cuisine.
Ensure the highest standard of taste, presentation, and consistency in all dishes served.
Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary requirements without compromising authenticity or flavour.
Culinary diploma or professional chef qualifications (preferred).
3-5 years of experience as a chef specialising in Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine within a professional kitchen.
Proven ability to design menus and lead kitchen operations to high standards.
* Experience working in a multicultural hospitality environment is an advantage.
