Role Overview

We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, guiding brides and families through a memorable shopping experience while ensuring sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism Provide expert advice on bridal collections, fabrics, styles, and accessories Build strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clientele, understanding cultural preferences Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation Handle inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with potential clients Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals Coordinate with tailoring and customization teams for client orders Support in-store events, bridal fittings, and promotional activities

Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or bridal wear Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for ethnic fashion and bridal trends Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts Professional appearance and positive attitude
