Key Responsibilities:
Handle room reservations through phone, email, and booking systems.
Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately.
Provide guests with complete information about room types, rates, and hotel services.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding reservations.
Ensure all reservations are properly recorded and confirmed.
Assist in maximizing room revenue through upselling techniques.
Handle guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
Follow hotel policies and procedures at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic (Arabic speaking is mandatory).
Computer literate; knowledge of PMS/GDS is a plus.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure and multitask.
Hospitality or hotel management background preferred.
Previous experience in reservations or front office is an advantage.
