Arabic Speaking Pro Real Estate
Job Description
Required an Arabic speaking Public Relations Officer with extensive experience in real estate/ Construction industry. Experience in dealing with RERA, Dubai Land Department (DLD), and the Rental Dispute Center.
Familiarity with Trakheesi permits, Ejari contracts, escrow accounts, and other regulated procedures.
Previous involvement in real estate legal cases or mediation in Dubai or other emirates. Arabic legal writing or translation skills are highly valued.
Work closely with legal, operations, and sales departments to ensure company policies align with RERA guidelines.
Assist with internal training or orientation related to real estate regulations and legal processes.
