We are a well-established chocolate manufacturing factory in Dubai looking to hire a dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to expand our market presence across retail, HORECA, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively
identify, visit, and develop new customers
(supermarkets, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, corporates).
Promote and sell the company's
chocolate and confectionery products
.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer trends.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely deliveries and collections.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM records.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of outdoor sales experience
, preferably in
FMCG / food / chocolates / bakery
.
Valid UAE driving license
(mandatory).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of
Dubai retail & HORECA market
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
English required;
Arabic is a plus
