Job Description
Apply for new trade licenses, renewal, cancellation, and change of locations by communicating with the respective authorities through face-to-face visits and online application.
- Perform DOH facilities related transactions including but not limited to facility new registration, renewal, change of location, permanent and temporary closure.
- Carry out DOH medical professional practicing license related transactions including but not limited to new application, renewal, cancellation, transfer, by communicating with the respective authorities through face-to-face visits, online application, and different stakeholders to ensure obtaining the necessary documents. i.e., assisting the employees to apply for the PSV(Dataflow) and applying on their behalf if need be.
- Assist medical professional employees (At times perform the same on their behalf) with their request to the respective health authority such as obtaining good standing certificates, and any other documents that maybe necessary/required by other regulating authorities in response to the employee queries.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you have a UAE driving license?
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- DOH licensing: 3 years (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
- English (Required)
- 25% (Preferred)
