We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor who is fluent in Arabic, to join our multi-brand car garage team. The Service Advisor will act as the main point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of automotive services, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs.
Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely and efficient service.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any changes to estimated costs or repair timelines.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Maintain comprehensive service records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Arabic language proficiency
Diploma/BE or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Bodyshop advisor role.
Strong understanding of automotive services and repair processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with automotive software systems is a plus.
A valid UAE driver's license will be an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
