Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to manage incoming customer enquiries on WhatsApp Business and convert them into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a natural ability to create a warm, premium experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all incoming WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally in Arabic and English. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bouquets or gift options. Send product photos, offers, and customized options through WhatsApp. Convert chats into confirmed orders and coordinate with the preparation and delivery teams. Maintain a friendly, helpful, and luxury tone in all conversations. Follow up on leads, special occasions, and repeat customers to drive loyalty. Record daily sales activity and report to the manager. Support marketing campaigns by engaging with leads generated from Instagram, TikTok, and Meta ads.
Requirements

Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Emirati dialect preferred). Strong written and spoken English communication. Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (flowers, gifting, or luxury products preferred). Confident in using WhatsApp Business, social media chats, and CRM tools. Positive attitude, persuasive personality, and passion for gifting & design. Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualities

Familiarity with UAE gifting culture and customer expectations. Creative eye for recommending bouquet styles and color combinations. Fast responder and problem solver under pressure
