Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain Order for a restaurant at The Elite Health Club located in Dubai. The Captain Order will oversee day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, supervision, food & beverage service, communication, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment . Supervisory Skills and Customer Satisfaction Customer Service and Communication Experience in Food & Beverage service Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment Prior experience in a customer-facing role Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
