Arabic Social Media Manager

2 years of UAE experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our digital presence across multiple platforms, with a deep understanding of

local trends in the building materials and engineering sectors

. This role requires a strong eye for

luxury content creation

, engagement strategies, and analytical thinking to help drive marketing results.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing:

Create, edit, and publish engaging Arabic content (text, images, video) tailored for

luxury building materials and engineering solutions

. Ensure high-quality visual and written content that reflects the brand's premium image.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow presence across platforms:

Instagram, TikTok, Google Reviews, website, and others

. Develop and implement a monthly social media calendar aligned with marketing goals.

Trend Monitoring & Insights:

Stay up to date with

UAE-specific trends

in

building materials, architecture, and engineering

. Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to adapt content strategy accordingly.

Engagement & Community Building:

Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Foster an active and engaging online community that supports brand reputation and growth.

Marketing Strategy & Reporting:

Propose

creative marketing strategies

and campaign ideas to management. Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports on KPIs and ROI.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English

(written and spoken). Minimum

2 years of UAE experience

in a similar role. Proven experience managing

social media accounts in the engineering, architecture, or luxury building materials industry

. Strong skills in

photo/video editing tools

(e.g., Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.). Solid understanding of

social media algorithms, SEO principles

, and

paid campaign management

. Knowledge of

UAE digital audience behavior and preferences

.

UAE DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST

Preferred Skills:

Background or interest in

interior design, construction, or architectural materials

. Experience working with

luxury brands or premium products

. Basic knowledge of

website management (WordPress or similar platforms)
