Prepare and manage official letters, reports, and internal correspondence.
Coordinate daily office activities and maintain organized filing systems.
Support HR operations including staff attendance, leave tracking, and document control.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle visitor reception.
Assist in preparing contracts, quotations, and project documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (preferably in an engineering or consulting environment).
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Excellent skills in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qatar Driving License
is preferred.
Must have
valid residence
in Qatar and
transferable visa
.
