We are seeking a highly professional and meticulous
Arabic Secretary
fluent in English and Arabic
to provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support to our management and project teams in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an engineering consultancy or a similar professional environment, and will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of office and project administration functions.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between management, clients, project teams, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive bilingual (Arabic & English) secretarial and administrative support to management and project teams.
Draft, translate, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and professional communications with clients, authorities, and internal teams.
Organize, maintain, and archive project files, records, and documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, tenders, pre-qualification documents, and client submissions.
Liaise with government authorities and clients regarding project approvals and documentation.
Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and compliance with company standards.
Assist in managing project timelines, follow-ups, and administrative workflows to support project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management
, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience
as a secretary or administrative assistant within an
engineering consultancy
or similar professional environment in the UAE.
Fluent in Arabic and English,
both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
Good-looking and has polite speech and manners.
