Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their purchases in a professional and friendly manner.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions in both Arabic and English.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in stock management and inventory control.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and brand standards.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is mandatory.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
