Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all clinic departments.

Manage financial controls, budgeting, and purchasing to maintain cost efficiency.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all local health authority regulations (DHA, MOH, FANR, and others).
Work with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and staff management.
Organize and streamline clinic workflows for optimal efficiency.
Assist management in implementing policies and meeting operational targets.
Requirements:
Minimum4 to 5 years' experience in clinic or polyclinic administration.
Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (DHA, MOH, FANR).
Experience in financial and procurement management.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and clinic management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
