Steak Town Restaurant is looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, organized, and able to manage both front and back of house efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
Handle customer concerns professionally
Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
