Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and manage correspondence (emails, messages, etc.)
Coordinate appointments and maintain the reception area
Support daily administrative and clerical tasks
Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in reception or customer service preferred
Proficient in MS Office and office equipment handling
Presentable and professional appearance
