We Dijla Medical Center seeking Arabic Receptionist with minimum 2 year UAE experience in a medical center

Job Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage patient registration, including collecting insurance details and taking insurance eligibility and registereing in medical software.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Manage the approvals from insurance companies.
Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records.
Assist in billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist in a medical center (minimum 2 years).
Excellent communication skills in Arabic (native level) and English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using medical software and office tools.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
Preferred Attributes:
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of UAE healthcare systems and regulations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
