Arabic Operations Executive - Travel and Tourism (Amadeus)

Job Summary:
The Arabic Operations Executive manages travel operations for Arabic-speaking clients using the
Amadeus GDS system
. The role involves booking flights, hotels, and tours, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage flight, hotel, and tour bookings using
Amadeus GDS
for Arabic-speaking clients.
Provide prompt customer support in Arabic via phone, email, or chat.
Assist clients with visas, travel documentation, and related formalities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
Resolve client issues, complaints, or changes efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
Support marketing campaigns and promotions targeting Arabic-speaking markets.
Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in
Arabic
and
English
(written and spoken).
Strong experience with
Amadeus GDS
system.
Experience in travel and tourism operations is preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
