Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create engaging content (blogs, emails, social posts, etc.)
Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
Manage social media platforms and grow online presence
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
Support event planning and execution (webinars, trade shows, launches)
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems
Assist in managing marketing budgets and invoice tracking
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.)
Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Familiarity with B2B or B2C marketing strategies
Google Ads and/or HubSpot certification a plus
