Job Description

COMMUNICATIONS As a Communication Executive, you are expected to perform a variety of tasks, such as the creation and development of print and online advertising, email marketing, web site management and content development, press releases, bylined articles, white papers, corporate videos and marketing collateral, RFP review and development, etc. They may aid in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees. You are also expected to create, implement and oversee communications programs, be it internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products. MARKETING (DIGITAL IMPORTANT) As a Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible overseeing the online marketing strategy for various Clients. You are expected to plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the Client's digital mediums. You should have in-depth knowledge of client business objectives, online strategies, and their competitive landscape with a rich background in digital marketing to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations. You will engage with the public through social media and ensure visitor flow. You are also expected to analyze and report on visitor data and devise new ways to market products. PR As a PR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the PR Department and the content it delivers. You have to ensure that brand message for every client is consistent, timely, and relevant. Roles + Responsibilities (COMMUNICATIONS)

  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media

Roles + Responsibilities (MARKETING)
  • Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives
  • Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget
  • Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Manages overall project scope and ensures staffing assumptions adhere to budget
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution
  • Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays
  • Works with other teams in the Agency's to ensure everything is aligned to client requirements
  • Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
  • Writes communications briefs, ensuring that creative and media are effectively integrated
  • Develops a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes
  • Writes and transmits reports to clients and agency teams
  • Reviews statements and estimates of work prior to client review
  • Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients
  • Ensures accountability is established during the digital marketing planning process
Roles + Responsibilities (PR)
  • Develop and execute strategies that are intended to create and uphold a positive public image for Clients
  • Work with media outlets to publish timely information, such as press releases, brochures, and other materials for various clients
  • Work and form relationships with various members of the media, government and the public to generate new business opportunities
  • Direct public relations specialists and other staff, assign activities and accounts, as well as approve and review their work
  • Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects each client's strategic vision
  • Create and implement social media strategies
  • Grow online supporter base and traffic
  • Perform social media community management duties
  • Build and sustain online communities
  • Produce and publish mass communications with different marketing campaigns
  • Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education
  • Ensure consistent framing of messages
  • Publish videos and photography on clients' website, blogs as needed
  • Document presence of Clients at events, conferences, and speaking engagements
  • Advocate on behalf of the Agency with external stakeholders and the media across all communications channels and vehicles
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to develop the advertising, marketing and promotion plans
  • Edit and revise content as necessary
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,000.00 per month
