Our client is a professional services firm and they are looking for an Arabic Legal Counsel in Dubai
As a Legal Counsel, the role will provide legal advice to the company and manage all commercial and corporate requirements for the company\'s daily operations.
The role will be looking after both UAE and KSA.
Requirements:

The role will be looking after both UAE and KSA.
Requirements:
- Must have strong experience in corporate and commercial contracts drafting and reviewing in both English and Arabic
- Experience with contracts and laws in KSA and UAE.
- Between 7-10 years of experience in an in-house role or mixed experience of In-house and private practice.
- Strong knowledge about applicable laws, commercial, labor\xe2\x80\xa6 etc.
- Background in professional services/management consulting is preferred
