As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be the main link between our garage and insurance companies. Your role will involve following up on car repair approvals, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete, and closing cases promptly. You'll also contribute to business development by maintaining positive relationships with insurance agents and looking for new ways to streamline processes.
You will work closely with our office and workshop teams to ensure seamless operations and a smooth experience for clients with insurance claims. This role requires attention to detail, professional communication, and a strong understanding of the documentation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Visits to the Insurance Companies to generate the business
Represent the garage professionally and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Communicate with insurance companies for repair approvals and claim updates
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure of files
Maintain accurate and organized documentation (physical and digital)
Prepare reports and summaries of work in progress and closed files
Work with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and business growth
Assist customers in understanding the insurance process when needed
