Duty Manager | Sapphire Plaza Hotel
Sapphire Plaza Hotel is currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination Act as the Manager on Duty and handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally Ensure high standards of guest service and compliance with hotel policies and procedures Supervise and support staff during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and performance Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security departments Prepare shift reports and report any incidents or operational issues to Management Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Duty Manager in 4-5 Star Hotel (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Hotel Operations and Guest Relations Excellent communication and leadership skills Male - Arab Speaker Can Join Immediately with Valid QID and Available NOCJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
