Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the in UAE
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and responsibilities
-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
-Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
-Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
-Answer customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications.
-Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product features and benefits.
-Assists customers with order modifications, returns, and account management.
-Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
-Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
-Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
