The Creative Content Writer is responsible for creating creative and engaging content and copy that can be used in all PSI Campaigns and collateral. S/he will work closely with the corporate and non-corporate product owners. Responsibilities Full ownership and responsibility for all the content creation whether creative content or copywriting in both Arabic and English. Responsible for the content style guides to ensure content is always speaks to the specific target audiences and is consistent, Grammarly correct and clear. Management of all content writing projects and assignments, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and different assignments specifications. Responsible for managing the team of writer(s) and translator(s). Responsible for the content creation of all PSI channels including and not limited to social media campaigns, blogs, vlogging, subtitles, profiles ...etc. Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies). Writes clear marketing copy to promote our products/services. Proofreads and edits before sending content and copy to the graphic designers. Submits content work to product owners (from the marketing department for approval from the corporate and non-corporate product owners) for input, approval and sign off. Identifies customers' needs, journeys and gaps in the content creation and recommends processes and workflow. Ensures all-around consistency at all times from style and tonality. Education and skills A minimum of 5 years proven work experience as a Content Writer, Senior Copywriter or similar role. A minimum of 3 years of agency experience is a must. A bachelor's degree in marketing or Journalism. Good understanding and familiarity with different web publications and online channels. Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English. Must have outstanding proven writing skills and portfolio for both Arabic and English creative content creation. Excellent research skills to conceptualize, design and execute what appeals to customers in their different journeys. Business acumen with a leadership personality to manage the creative and community teams. Strong storytelling and proven B2B and B2C writing tactics.
