Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to manage our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, grow our social media communities, and align campaigns with our brand's mission to connect e-commerce and logistics solutions across the UAE, Iraq, and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop high-quality and engaging content (images, videos, stories, reels) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create scripts and concepts for short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Ads).
Write Arabic & English captions with local tone (Iraqi/Emirati dialects where needed).
Coordinate with the design team or use tools like Canva to produce graphics and branded content.
Photograph or film services, warehouses, events, or packages when required.
Social Media Management:

Manage daily posting and scheduling across social media platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build a community.
Monitor trends and apply them creatively to Ocean Gate content.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business objectives.
Strategy & Analytics:

Track performance and generate monthly reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
Run A/B tests on content formats and timings to optimize performance.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with sales goals.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing video, photo, and written content.
Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken); Iraqi dialect is a plus.
Proficient with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
Good understanding of logistics, e-commerce, or B2B marketing is preferred.
Creative mindset, fast execution, and excellent communication skills.

Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn) is a bonus.
Experience with influencer outreach or UGC content.
Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
