To manage, supervise, and execute civil engineering works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines while ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and interpret civil drawings and technical documents.
Supervise on-site civil works and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Develop and monitor project schedules and ensure timely execution.
Inspect materials and ensure compliance with approved standards and quantities.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Resolve technical and engineering issues during the execution phase.
Attend meetings with clients and consultants, and support technical submissions and presentations when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum [3] years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Primavera/MS Project.
Good knowledge of local and international construction codes and standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in Arabic (preferred) and English (required).
