Duties & Responsibilities:
Restaurant and hospitality Experience is Must
Accurately take customer orders over the phone ( Good in Phone Handling Technique)
Experience in POS (
Preferred : Foodics Experience
)
Seafood restaurant Experience is Advantage
Maintain cleanliness in the order processing and packaging area
Experience in Cash Handling
Maintain Inventory
Communicate customer orders clearly to kitchen staff
Double-check orders for accuracy before they are packed for delivery
Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
Process customer payments accurately, including cash and electronic payments
Salary :
Depend on Experience ( Will b Discussed in interview)
