Al Wasmi Restaurant is looking for a
full-time multi-role female staff
to work as a
Cashier / Waitress / Barista
in
Al Ain, near Bawadi Mall
. The ideal candidate is friendly, presentable, fluent in Arabic, and has experience in customer service, cash handling, and beverage preparation.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and professional attitude
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, etc.)
Handle the cashier and process payments (cash & card)
Serve food and drinks quickly and accurately
Explain menu items and make suggestions when needed
Pack orders neatly in cups and bags
Keep the work area clean and hygienic at all times
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure fast and accurate orders
Respond to customer inquiries and log feedback
Maintain high standards of service and professional appearance
Skills & Requirements:
Preferred experience in any of the following: cashier, waitress, barista
Excellent communication skills in
Arabic
(English is a plus)
Polite and professional customer service attitude
Hands-on experience with POS systems
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and multitask
Well-groomed and punctual
Flexible to work in shifts
Arabic fluency is required
Immediate availability is preferred
