: Arabi Business Development ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Arabi Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Arabi market. Your goal will be to establish strong relationships with potential clients and drive initiatives to increase revenue and market share.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Arabi market, leveraging your extensive network and market knowledge.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our presence and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market and customer data to identify potential target segments and develop targeted strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, making necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry advancements to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Arabi market, with a track record of successfully driving revenue growth.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent knowledge of the Arabi market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and customer preferences.
- Strong network of contacts across various industries within the Arabi market.
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to win the trust and confidence of potential clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabi. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market data and insights to inform business development strategies.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- Available to travel as required.
