Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate real estate leads.
Present and promote properties to clients professionally.
Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain and update the client database accurately.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in real estate sales/telesales in the UAE.
Arab female candidates preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of Dubai/ UAE real estate market is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
