to support our in-house legal department in managing contracts, documentation, and compliance matters across the Al Zaabi Group of Companies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with a strong understanding of UAE labor law, corporate documentation, and legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and translate legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in Arabic and English.
Assist in preparing legal notices, agreements, and internal memos.
Coordinate with external law firms, government departments, and notary offices.
Maintain organized records of legal documents and case files.
Support in company licensing, renewal processes, and document attestations.
Research and summarize legal information or updates relevant to UAE laws.
Handle official communications and submissions in Arabic with ministries and authorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in the UAE.
Strong command of both
Arabic and English (written & verbal)

Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Civil Law, and Corporate Governance.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
