Missions
You will join Crxc3xa9dit Agricole CIB Dubaxc3xaf as a Legal Assistant. You will work under the supervision and monitoring of Head of the Legal Business Line. You will be involved in various tasks performed by the LGL Business Line.
Your concrete missions will be the following :
Assist in managing, negotiating and executing capital markets documentation (under conventional and Islamic format) and in particular Master Agreements and any other ancillary documentation relating to derivative transactions, repurchase transactions and treasury deposits;
Assist in managing, negotiating and executing financing legal documentation, including on corporate finance or trade finance activities (under conventional or Islamic format) and in particular guarantees, confidentiality agreements and vanilla facility letters;
Assist the Legal Business Line in drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating legal documentation in relation to Crxc3xa9dit Agricole CIB local day-to-day operations and activities;
Perform capacity and authority analysis in relation to master agreements capital markets documentation under LGL MEA purview;
Maintain the relevant legal data-bases up-to-date;
Perform various para-legal tasks and any other duties in connection with LGL MEA activities;
Perform ad hoc researches on the laws, regulations, rules and case law applying to, and affecting the activities of, Crxc3xa9dit Agricole CIB locally, as and when required;
Assist the business line in the preparation of the legal newsletter to be regularly circulated within Crxc3xa9dit Agricole CIB Middle East Asia;
Assist the legal team in the preparation of internal procedures, support presentations, reports, training materials, etc.
To be eligible for a VIE :
- Be less than 28 years old ;
- Be postgraduate of a Master degree ;
- Be EU citizen.
