Job Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a

talented and experienced Arab Interior Designer

to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, with proven experience in

residential and commercial fit-out projects

, along with solid

management and coordination abilities

. Prior experience in Qatar and client-facing roles is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior design projects for both

residential and commercial fit-outs

from concept to completion. Prepare detailed

shop drawings

, mood boards, and

high-quality renderings

. Coordinate and monitor project timelines, ensuring all tasks meet their deadlines. Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored design solutions. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure proper execution. Handle all administrative coordination related to design submissions, approvals, and documentation. Conduct site visits and attend meetings with clients or project teams when required. Deliver professional presentations and organized project documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of experience

in interior design, with proven experience in

residential and commercial fit-out projects

. Prior work experience in

Qatar

is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in:

AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop

. Excellent skills in

rendering, shop drawings, and technical detailing

. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams. Excellent communication skills and professional client handling. Knowledge of the local market, design regulations, and material availability in Qatar.
